2 Hour Adult/Teen/Kids Class (July/August Wednesday nights 6.00 to 8.00 pm) (OFA/CFF License [which includes an insurance package required] NA for summer session).
3 Hour Competitive Training Session (Saturday, September 2023 TBA 10.00 am to 2.00 pm) (OFA/CFF License required).
